Active and Long-Term Ownership

We are an active owner who contributes experience, expertise, and courage to elevate companies to new heights together. We support but do not micromanage our portfolio companies. We ensure that founders and key personnel, who usually know their industry and products best, remain with us after acquisitions, ideally for the long term.

Our goal is to develop successful companies with profitable growth, satisfied customers, and employees who choose to stay. We believe this is best achieved through long-term commitment. That is why we take an enduring perspective as owners, focusing on long-term value creation rather than short-term profits. We also have the financial strength to give our leaders the confidence to make bold decisions and realize their companies’ full potential.

Support for Strategy Development and Processes, with Local Execution

We help our companies clarify their strengths to create a clear strategy. This allows them to become the best version of themselves and achieve profitable growth. This strategy sets the direction for the group’s leaders, but beyond that, we do not engage in micromanagement. When we see the strategy working, we provide both advice and capital to unlock the company’s full potential.

To allow leaders to focus as much as possible on their core business, we have developed and gathered the best and simplest tools for support processes, such as accounting, marketing, IT, and logistics, tailored to small businesses. We also assist our companies in making their products more sustainable and documenting their environmental impact in a way that lowers costs without requiring excessive resources for reporting.

We meet to share knowledge across the group and combine this with external expertise to address specific needs. This approach allows us to grow and improve together.

By doing so, each company can focus on its core business with a lean and independent local organization.

 

Customer and Product Focus with Minimal Bureaucracy

The companies within InClima are characterized by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a clear direction, focused on delivering better products and services to customers. We use simple and transparent processes, enabling agility in responding to customer needs.

We turn the hierarchy upside down, placing the customer at the top, where the customer interface becomes our spearhead. This spearhead is supported by the rest of the organization and production. In other words, production is driven by the sales team, not the other way around. Every employee has a direct responsibility to provide the customer with the best possible solution and experience when working with us, while everything else is kept to a minimum.

We emphasize cost control and decisiveness over budgeting and reporting. Every employee is given clear responsibilities and mandates to solve their tasks without being hindered by unnecessary meetings and excessive bureaucracy. Everyone is responsible for avoiding costs that do not enhance our competitiveness. We save at work, keep costs low, and instead share the profits so all employees can enjoy luxury at home with their families.

We strive to develop and improve a little every day, year after year. Over time, this yields results.
